Domstein ASA is one of the leading fishery enterprises from the Nordic region. Domstein operations range from catch to sales, including both a fleet of fishing vessels and specialized facilities for each step of the refinement process. That makes us unique as we can offer a production flow from sea to plate.

Domstein is situated on the shores of the icy Nordic waters. Only the best products, which carefully have been selected, are used in our production. We combine tradition and fresh ideas with high-technological equipment. To us, meeting or surpassing all applicable EU requirements on hygiene, quality, environment, etc. is a matter of course.
 

The principles owners are the Domstein brothers Rolf, Gunnar and Knut-Mange Domstein, third generation processors. With ancestry back to 1925 has Domstein developed into a modern seafood company with vast experience of fishery and final processing. The company is listed on the Oslo stock exchange.

In 1991 bought Domstein ASA and Kungshamnsintressenterna Festab AB in Kungshamn.
In 1995 inaugurated the present production facility in Kungshamn.
In 1996 did Domstein ASA buy out Kungshmansintressenterna and become sole owner.
In 2002 was there a change of name to Domstein Enghav Sverige AB in order to achieve a stronger connection to the parent company.
In 2004 was Boviks Konservfabrik in Lysekil purchased.
In 2006 became Boviks Konservfabrik completely incorporated in Domstein Enghav Sverige.
In 2008 Domstein Enghav Vardø AS was incorporated as a daughter company to Domstein Sverige AB.
In 2009 Domstein Enghav Sverige AB changed name to Domstein Sverige AB
